I started this blog as a school project and

somehow I forgot about it, but inspired by the trips that I had this

summer and by how hard it was to find a restaurant in Sicily

I realized how important food really is.

Hotel Sirius - Strumica

Sirius is one of the places that we eat. This day we ordered chicken steak and Greek salad. When the food came something wasn't right with the chicken - so we sent it back. The waiter was polite, apologized and took the food back. Here is a picture of me waiting for the second chicken. :)

Hotel Sirius e edno od mestata kade moze da otidete i da jadete vo Strumica. Posledniot pat koga bevme tamu poracavme grcka salata i pileska veselica. Megutoa koga go donesoa pileskoti i koga go probavme nesto ne bese kako sto treba pa go vrativme. Kelnerot bese ljubezen, se izvini i ni donese nova porcija pilesko. Skikata e slikana dodeka go cekam vtoroto pile da stigne :).

If you want to eat a good fish you should go to "Pelikatnik" in Strumica.

It is a nice place which is located off the transit.

It's a nice looking restaurant with good service(4).

We ordered Pastrmka and Greek salad.

The food was well prepared and delicious(4.5)

Ako nekogas sakate da jadete dobro prigotvena riba mozete da otidete vo "Pelikatnik" - Strumica. Restoranot dobro izgleda i ima dobra usluga(4).

Odbravme pastrmka i grcka salata. Hranata bese brzo pripremena i vkusna(4.5)

Restaurant in Berovo - "Manastir"

Berovo is a small town in eastern Macedonia, in the region know as the Malesevija.

There is the beautiful nature, the fresh air and greenest mountains.

Manastir is the main hotel in Berovo. It has a nice restaurant. I was there in September. We stayed there for one night. The place is very traditional, the waiters, the tables, the decor(5),nice service(5). The omlette was pirfect(5) and the cheese was great(5+).

Restaurant in Old Dojran - "Фук-Так"

One of the cutest city in Macedonia is Old Dojran. It is a small city were you can relax and run away from the routine. There you can enjoy walking by the lake and breathe fresh air. In this city there are a few restaurants that you can eat. One of them is "Фук-Так". It is a traditional restaurant with traditional music(4.5) and good service(4). The burgers and the mixed salad were perfect(4.5)

"Фук-Так" e restorant vo Star Dojran koj e mal no simpaticen grad. Ako nekogas sakate da pobegnete od metezot i vrevata slobodno pojdete tamu. Mesto kade sto mozete da se odmorite od sekojdnevieto, da disete svez vozduh i da se relaksirate. Imate dosta restorani kade mozete da jadete. Eden restoranite koj mozete da go posetite e i "Фук-Так". Restorant so tradicionalen ambient i muzika(4.5). Dobra i brza usluga(4). Prekrasno napravena mesana salata i vkusna pleskavica (4.5).

Restaurant in Strumica - "Capo di tuti Capi"

Capo di tuti Capi is a restaurant in Strumica which is located next to the sports hall "Partizan". It is a nice place where you can relax while you eat. The last time that i was there it was sunny day, and the sun rays were going through the window.

It was beautiful. We decided to order piroska and sopska salad. The food was very good(4.5). The ambiance and the service too.(4.5)

Capo di tuti Capi e eden od restoranite koj mi se dopaga vo Strumica.

Se naoga vednas do salata Partizan. Ima prijaten ambient i dobra usluga(4.5).

Posledniot pat koga bevme tamu bese prekrasen soncev den.

Soncevite zraci pominuva preku stakloto i ja osvetliva masata(kako sto mozete da zabelezite na slikite). Od menito izbravme piroska i sopska salata.

Nemav zabeleski za kvalitetot nitu pak za izgledot na hranata(4.5)

"M&M" is a restaurant in Strumica which is located in the center of Strumica, next door to the most popular night club in eastern Macedonia - "SELEKT". Perfect location, modern design and good ambiance (4.5) are the reason why we go. The service is very good. The girls that work there are nice and polite. They know their job (4.5). The last time that we went, we decided to order Fefer Steak And Greek salad. They were fast with both the food and drinks. For the food and presentation they get a 4.5.

Ova e mestoto kade obicno doagame na vercera. Mi se dopaga uslugata, devojkite se prijatni i usluzlivi, vo celost(4.5). Ovoj pat resivme da poracame grcka sakata i fefer stek.

Hranata bese super ja rangirav so 4.5.

Na kraj ima dobra i brza usluga i sekogas dobro prigotvena hrana. Ednostavno sovrsena vecera.

Restaurant in Gevgelija - "ALA BOKO"

Last week we were in the hotest city in Macedonia - Gevgelija. Driving around we stopped to eat in a restaurant called " Ala Boko". It was a nice romantic place. In the manu they had many specialties. We picked Greek salad, Parisian steak, and a chicken steak "Ala Boko".

The service was good (4). The food too (4.5). I like the salad, especially the cheese. The toilet was good enough (2.5). It was a good Day!

Kako i sekoj restorant imase privlecno meni so razlicni specijaliteti. Od seto toa nie odlucivme da poracame grcka salata, pileska snisla ala boco i pariska snicla. Salatata bese edna od najdobrite dosega (4.5). Najmnogu mi se dopadna sirneto, toa bese sovrseno (5). Pileskoto bese ukusno (4.5). Mi se dopadna vecerata tamu.

Restaurant in Kriva Palanka

Visiting Sv. Joakim Osogovski monastery in Kriva Palanka we stopped to eat in one small restaurant called "Antonio". The place was small with dim light, the menu had warm and cold drinks, a few types of salads, meat prepared a fey ways. Music was from some radio - not too loud so u can sit and talk.

I dind't like the ambience - it felt like I'm in some place that is forgotten. The lights, the tables, and the cheers were to old. I think is time for re-decorating. The service was good (3), the waiter was polite - gave me all the information that i needed. The salad and the coffee that we ordered came quickly (3.5) but we waited for the meal for another 25 minutes. We were surprised that the chicken was fresh and delicious (3.5).

Pri posetata na manastirot Sv. Joakim Osogovski zastanavme da rucame vo prviot restorant na koj naidovme vrakajki se od manastirot. Restoranot se vikase "Antonio". Bese malo mesto koe veke nekoe vreme bese zaboraveno. Atmosferata, dizajnot bea stari - mislam deka e vreme za renoviranje(1). Kelnerot bese dobar i ljubezen da mi odgovori na moite prasanja(3). Menito bese skoro isto kako i vo drugite restorani samo so poniski ceni. Se odlucivme za sopska salata i pilesko. Pokraj izgledot na mestoto se iznenadivme kako hranata bese prigotvena. Pileskoto i salatata bea vkusni(3.5).

While traveling around Macedonia and eating in different restaurants - i got the idea to start a blog about restaurants where i would be able to share my experiences with others.

I will write about the location, contact information, decor, ambiance, service, food quality, food presentation, price category and write how i felt when i was there. I will rate these qualities from 1 to 5.
